The IJsmannetjes are expanding their possibilities, now with an ice cream bar.

Last winter, we were able to acquire an ice cream bar. It was an option that we had not yet been able to offer to our customers. The advantage is that it includes an electric freezer, which keeps the ice cream cold for a very long time (comparable to our IJsbeer).

However, the condition of the bar was not great. It had some old-fashioned (though beautiful) paintings on it. The top was not insulated, and it had several very impractical lids.

Over the past few months, we have completely refurbished the bar. It has been repainted. We kept the paintings but covered them with a sleek panel. We also installed a completely new insulated top with lids similar to those we use on our ice cream carts. In addition, we built in a rack to hold standard stainless steel ice cream tubs.

The bar can also hold 5 tubs of ice cream side by side, while all of our carts can only hold 4 tubs at the same time.

The ice cream bar has already been rented out for an extended period right away. Once it returns, it will be added to our rental assortment.
