In summer we are always incredibly busy. But the period from October to March is very quiet. During that time we have time for maintenance, but it’s also nice to have a project again now and then.
That’s why in October we bought a poffertjes stand from a colleague and completely refurbished it. We can now bake fresh poffertjes on location for our clients. And we do this under our new brand name: The Poffertjesmannetjes. Of course with our own website: www.depoffertjesmannetjes.nl
By now we’ve already completed our first assignments. The biggest one was at the Blariacum College, where during their open day we were able to serve all visitors a portion of fresh poffertjes.
