The cost of an ice cream man is determined by 4 factors:

• The number of scoops of ice cream
• The duration of the assignment
• The distance from our location in Venlo to the assignment
• For larger assignments an additional ice cream man

We have special trailers to transport our ice cream bikes on.

Because our ice cream bikes can weigh about 200-300 kg, the trailers have special provisions for loading and unloading.

However, it is important to know that for loading and unloading we need a space of at least 11 meters long for car+trailer+(ramps)+ice cream bike.

Our normal ice cream bikes are about 95-115cm wide. Some of tehm fit through a normal size door. A double door is not a problem.

The height of the door is never a problem because we can lower the roof of the ice cream bikes.

Our dismountable ice cream cart can fit through a normal doorway though. It is also built to reach into the room of residents of nursing homes for people who are bedridden.

It depends on the ice cream bike.

The Fries and the Polar Bear, for example, have built-in electric cooling. Connecting that to an ordinary outlet keeps the ice cream at the right temperature indefinitely.

Our Belgian and Gazelle, on the other hand, have 2 large eutectic cooling plates on board, which we completely freeze in a freezer at home. This allows the ice in the bike to be kept cold for about 5-7 hours under normal conditions. So the Belgian and the Gazelle does not need an electrical connection.

From the moment we arrive at the location with the ice cream bike on the trailer, we can usually be operational within 15 minutes.

Some of our ice cream carts require a normal electric 220V connection. Other than that, we bring everything ourselves.

For our ice cream bikes, a spot 4 meters wide and 2 meters deep is sufficient. If it is hot, we prefer to stand in teh shadows.

It is important that we have enough space to load and unload our ice cream bikes. We come with a car with trailer on which the ice cream bike stands. For loading and unloading we need a place about 11 meters long.

All of our ice cream carts can be temporarily covered with an image as desired by the customer. If the customer provides the design, we will ensure that the ice cream cart is temporarily covered self-adhesive foils.

You can contact us for information such as sizes, desired file format and lead time to produce the self-adhesive foil.

With 1 ice cream cart, we can scoop up to 300-350 scoops of ice cream per hour. If greater capacity is needed, we can deploy multiple ice cream carts.

For example, check out this news item about a job where we used 5 ice cream carts at the same time. There we were able to scoop 1800 scoops of ice cream per hour.

It regularly happens that our clients ask us to visit some of their customers.

Practically, we can do this as long as these clients are located in the Netherlands, Belgium or North Rhine-Westphalia.

All our sorbet flavors are water-based and contain no dairy products. We always carry at least 1 sorbet flavor as standard.

Our standard ice cream flavors (vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and yogurt) are basically gluten-free. We always carry cardboard ice cream cups.

Of all our ice cream flavors, we have listed all our allergens. Upon request we can provide your desired information.

We currently do not have any vegan ice cream in our selection.
